This policy explains what information afshanseoexpert.com collects, why, and what choices you have. The site is run by Afshan Tahir (Afshan SEO Expert), Lahore, Pakistan. Questions: contact@afshanseoexpert.com.
What I collect
- Website analytics. I use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit, how they found the site, the type of device used, approximate location (city or country) and clicks on contact links such as WhatsApp, email and phone. Google Analytics uses cookies (for example
_ga) to do this. I do not use advertising or remarketing cookies. - Contact forms. When you send a form on this site, I receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, website and message.
- Call bookings. Calls are booked through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address and any answers you give, and shares them with me so I can hold the call. Calendly handles this under its own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp, email and phone. If you contact me this way, I receive the messages and contact details you send.
- Security logs. The site’s hosting and security software record IP addresses and basic request details to block attacks and spam.
Why I use it
- To reply to your enquiry, hold calls and provide the services you ask for.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
- To keep the website secure.
I do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Cookies and your choices
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked before analytics cookies are used, and analytics stays off unless you click “Accept analytics”. You can change your choice at any time: open cookie settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Some of these companies process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long I keep it
Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Enquiries and project emails are kept for as long as needed to work with you and meet business and tax record requirements, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or object to how it is used. Email contact@afshanseoexpert.com and I will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
